We are a collective, international, intellectual partnership led by the team of Direct Care Training & Resource Center, Inc. Our goal is to add to the practical and pragmatic value of training, continuing education and mentoring for the nursing home administrator of today. Few professional careers have such a broad range of responsibilities that span oversight of patient care, financial management, marketing and customer services ideals.

The Nursing Home Administrator Innovation Project is designed to speak to each area with up-to-date strategy and relevant advice and idea sharing designed to add to the overall value of the skilled nursing environment.
